Group Training Session
In our group sessions it’s all about getting comfortable with the uncomfortable. In these workouts, we focus on functional movements.
We will get you outside of your comfort zone, and do so without compromising your ability to workout. We constantly ramp up the intensity of your workouts based on your increased proficiency with each activity.
